Planning Spring Photography
Charlotte wedding and portrait photographer Michael Parks scouts locations for spring pictures.
Spring in Charlotte officially starts March 20th this year, but blooms are already in motion. And clients most common question for their spring wedding proposal, engagement, bridal, family, or senior session is, “When will there be flowers?”
Cletus and I scouted three favorite photography locations this week and found lilies, daffodils camellias, Bradford pear trees, and Japanese maple trees already blooming! So it’s early March, and we’ve got blooms!
In April, expect colorful azaleas, cherry trees, Eastern redbud trees, wildflowers, grasses, and vines.
In May, look for dogwood flowers, hydrangeas blooms, green lawns, and full tree canopies.
Know of any blooms in your part of Charlotte? Or questions about a different location? I’d be glad to hear from you below!
