A very special evening at Charlotte’s secret garden with these two. So much in love that it was inspiring to be around. Very much looking forward to photographing their wedding later this year at The Club at Longview!

When couples book me for their wedding, I always advise engagement photography before the wedding. An engagement is a fleeting, special time that deserves to be celebrated, and an engagement session creates awesome pictures for Save-the-Date cards and rehearsal dinner slide shows. For the couple, an engagement session is the best way to get really comfortable in front of the camera before their wedding day. And for me as a Charlotte wedding photographer, the engagement session itself is priceless... it’s here that I learn so much about the engaged couple that enables me to really understand them and create images that truly tell their story. I’ve found that each couple is unique, and I guide them natural interactions, candid poses, and time celebrating together that creates a foundation for the upcoming wedding.
